Sclerotherapy

( From £100 )
  • THE TREATMENT

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to eliminate varicose veins and spider veins on the legs.

  • HOW IT WORKS

It involves an injection of a solution (generally a salt solution) directly into the vein. The solution irritates the lining of the blood vessel, causing it to collapse and stick together and the blood to clot. Over the next eight weeks, the vessel turns into scar tissue and fades from view.

  • TREATMENT AREAS

Sclerotherapy is designed to treat the appearance of veins on the legs.
