Endymed Skin Resurfacing (FSR)
(From £500)-
THE TREATMENT
EndyMed’s 3DEEP Fractional Skin Resurfacing addresses the texture and quality of the skin, treating fine lines, roughness, uneven skin tone, dryness, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles and scars. It’s perfect for anyone who wishes to benefit from the effects of a chemical peel, with less downtime and a lower risk profile. The EndyMed technology has been around for 5 years and has now been superseded by Pico Genesis FX

HOW IT WORKS
EndyMed’s 3DEEP Fractional Skin Resurfacing creates microscopic radiofrequency columns deep in the epidermis, heating and damaging the skin to provoke the skin’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production. It also causes an immediate contraction of the skin’s collagen, causing skin tightening. EndyMed FSR is non-invasive, FDA-approved and has been one of Revere’s most trusted flagship treatments for over five years.

TREATMENT AREAS
EndyMed FSR can be used on the face, neck or body, to brighten, tighten and resurface the skin. As part of Revere’s Ping treatment, it is used on the eyelids, and within our ABSolution treatment, it combats stretch marks.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What are the side effects?
Some redness and minor swelling may be present up to two days following the treatment, and some small scabs may occur on the surface of the skin in the week after your treatment. Some patients may also feel dry and flaky, as the skin is regenerating from within, but all side effects resolve within a week.
-
When will I see my results?
New collagen and elastin grow over the six weeks following treatment, resurfacing the skin. The benefits of the treatment are long term, as long as you continue to lead a healthy lifestyle. A course of 3 to 5 treatments is recommended to achieve long-lasting results.
-
Can I pursue a stronger level of treatment if downtime doesn’t bother me?
Yes. You may want to consider the MLA Pico Laser, which uses peak power and sound to allow for deeper penetration and fewer sessions. Or, for a different approach with less downtime, Dermaroller microneedling could be an effective treatment. During your consultation, one of our experienced cosmetic physicians will help determine which treatment is most suitable for you.
-
Am I a good candidate for FSR?
Yes, if you are concerned with roughness, coarseness, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles or loose skin, EndyMed Fractional Skin Resurfacing could help to transform your skin. If you wish to retexture your skin, but don’t want to have a chemical peel, the FSR treatment may be perfect for you. Book a complimentary consultation at Revere to find out more.
